Cambridge Networks Forum
The last decade has witnessed exciting developments in the study of networks. The contributions range across disciplines which include sociology, mathematics, computer science, physics, economics and organization theory.
Cambridge is fortunate in having internationally leading researchers working on networks in these disciplines. This proximity creates the opportunity to raise awareness about the study of networks across disciplines.
To facilitate this the forum:
- Brings together researchers to share ideas
- Helps initiate inter-disciplinary research
- Acts as a point of first contact for those outside Cambridge – people, funding bodies and firms – interested in networks.
