Thinking Society: General and Particular

OUR LENT 2007 LECTURE SERIES IS ‘WHAT IS LIFE ?’ please see the website http://www.srcf.ucam.org/think or the list http://talks.cam.ac.uk/show/index/7884
The society aims to create a forum for lectures and discussion on a topic chosen each term. The name was chosen because the focus is on thinking together and not in one particular discipline or interest.
Each term a topic or question shall be chosen and speakers from the humanities and the sciences speak on this subject to provoke interdisciplinary dialogue.
