Abstract
Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) is a charity that needs little introduction. With the aim of allowing doctors to go ‘where they are needed most’, MSF has been helping doctors to help save lives and reduce suffering in areas experiencing conflict or natural disaster, or where social exclusion has created humanitarian need.
MSF offers an opportunity for doctors and other medical and non-medical professionals to make an important contribution and potentially increase their impact in comparison to the average doctor in the western world.
This talk should be of special interest to medics and, as always, this talk is open to students and non-students.
Series This talk is part of the EA: Cambridge series.
