Kevin Hand will give the Presidential Address, exploring the links between wildlife, history and political changes in Albania, where has worked regularly. He will describe visits to some of Albania’s remotest regions, and work done with Albanian colleagues and experts to raise awareness of the importance of vultures and birds of prey and the threats they face.
