Dark matter spikes around Kerr black holes

Abstract
A black hole can locally enhance the density of the surrounding dark matter halo, which can have significant consequences for indirect detection. We will go over the calculation of this effect using the simplest possible approximation – adiabatic growth of a central point mass – taking into account general relativity.
