Abstract
How would Keynes interpret President Trumpโs economic policies? Protectionism, a loose fiscal policy, financial deregulation and higher interest rates have arguably made financial markets more volatile. Will the current economic cycle endure, and become the longest on record? Graham Turner is an economic adviser to the Labour Party and runs GFC Economics. He will be offering his insights into the US economy, and looking at what lessons we can draw from history.
