Dynamics of 2+1d Quantum Field Theories
- đ¤ Speaker: Nathan Seiberg (IAS, Princeton)
- đ Date & Time: Thursday 17 May 2018, 13:00 - 14:00
- đ Venue: Potter Room (first floor, Pav. B)
Abstract
Recent advances in the understanding of duality and anomalies have shed new light on the dynamics of 2+1 dimensional quantum field theories. These new developments were motivated by ideas in high energy physics, string theory, and condensed matter physics. And they have potential applications in these fields.
