Abstract
In this talk, I will discuss our recent research in which we developed a rodent operant task designed to reflect how people sometimes perform complex patterns of behaviour to procure cocaine. Using this and other novel procedures, we hope to better understand the neural basis of individual differences in the development of addiction-like behaviour.
