Legal aspects of the Climate Change Convention and the birth of Kyoto Protocol and its three mechanisms.

The talk will also report on the regulatory framework and personal experiences from negotiations Prof Zumkeller has been involved in in the past.

Prof Zumkeller is the coordinator of the Cooperative Mechanism Program (renamed Sustainable Development Mechanism) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC).
