This talk will focus on issues related to international carbon trading. The clean development mechanism, joint implementation and in particular the EU Emissions Trading Scheme will be discussed.

Christine Zumkeller is the coordinator of the Cooperative Mechanism Program (renamed Sustainable Development Mechanism) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
