Abstract
Scientists from the National Trust and the University of Cambridge examine the science behind the Wicken Fen Vision, a 100-year plan to create the largest wetland habitat in the east of England, between Cambridge and Wicken Fen. From carbon sequestration in reinvigorated peat soils to managing important habitats on a landscape scale, this project touches on many contemporary issues in science and society.
