Abstract
This HORIZON seminar will showcase the latest University research into epigenetics, the fetal origins of disease, placental biology and reproductive medicine. It will explore factors that influence the growth and development of the fetus, and how what happens before birth can continue to impact upon our health and wellbeing throughout our adult lives.
Sessions will be held on:- Epigenetics
- Fetal Origins of Disease
- Placental Biology
- Female Reproductive Cancers
Please note we aim for this event to be attended by senior research staff and representatives of funders, charities and industry interested in this area. A small number of places will be available to research students but preference will be given to those bringing a poster of their research.
