Abstract
For the last ten years, Horizon has engaged in interdisciplinary research around the challenges and opportunities in personal data. Using Databox as an exemplar project, the talk will present the Databox system architecture and how it was shaped by sociological, psychological, legal and ethical considerations, and use this as a basis to illustrate more general lessons in how to engage across disciplines. www.horizon.ac.uk; www.databoxproject.uk
