Abstract
Genetically engineered mouse models (GEMMs) that recapitulate complex interactions between cells and the microenvironment have provided valuable information to study the evolution of cancer as well as physiological processes.
Our first speaker will discuss about Time Travel: relationships between wound and cancer by exploiting powerful mouse genetic tools that allow temporal control of critical cellular signalling nodes.
Our second speaker will discuss about Wound healing and cancer in an inflammatory context: post-pregnancy reorganisation of the mammary gland and its role in tumourigenesis
