Abstract
Graph neural networks are emerging as a powerful tool for modeling program source code, chemical molecules, social networks, and other types of graph-structured data. This reading group will start with a basic explanation of what graph neural networks are, and how one uses them in general. We will then discuss a couple of applications, including variable misuse in program source code as well as “solving” several NP-hard problems.
