Abstract
The detailed exploration of the Higgs sector is one of the key tasks of the physics program at the LHC . The production of a Higgs boson with large transverse momentum in association with a jet, as well as the production of a pair of Higgs bosons via gluon fusion, are processes which can provide a sensitive probe of the electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism. However, theoretical predictions for these processes receive very large perturbative corrections, which can enhance the predicted cross-section by approximately a factor of two. In this talk, I will present the calculation of the next-to-leading order QCD corrections to these processes including the full top-quark mass dependence. These corrections involve two-loop integrals which are currently not known analytically. A procedure to numerically calculate these integrals, based on sector decomposition and quasi-Monte Carlo integration, will be described. Furthermore, a publicly available program, pySecDec, which automates the numerical computation of such dimensionally regulated parameter integrals and its recent extension to support integration on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) will be discussed.
