Abstract
John Krige is the Kranzberg Professor in the School of History, Technology and Society at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His books include American Hegemony and Postwar Reconstruction of Science in Europe (MIT Press, 2006), and he is editor of the journal History and Technology.
