Abstract
The Cambridge Association for Women in Science and Engineering (CamAWiSE) and the Wellcome – MRC Cambridge Stem Cell Institute are joining forces to deliver an open panel discussion on how to change the STEMM workplace culture to be more inclusive and diverse.

Panel members:
Dr Keith Turner is the Director of Springboard Pro Ltd and he has developed a three-step programme to recruit, retain and promote women in the workplace.
Dr David Kent is a Principle Investigator at the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute and he is interested in developing new thinking around closing the gender gap in science.
Prof Dame Athene Donald is a Professor of Experimental Physics at the University of Cambridge and Master of Churchill College and an equality and diversity advocate.
Dr Jill Armstrong is a Fellow at Murray Edwards College and leads the college’s ‘Collaborating with Men’ research project that aims to change workplace culture to be more inclusive for women.
