Abstract
The last decade years has seen increasing encroachment of computer science into domains that were once solely the preserve of health, transport, and/or social scientists. Keeping up with these advancements and understanding how researchers from more traditional scientific domains can integrate new methods into their work plans is challenging.
This presentation will detail multiple innovations Melbourne Universityโs Transport, Health and Urban Design Research Hub is making that integrate expertise from across computer science, mathematics, engineering, epidemiology, design, and psychology to create truly novel and interdisciplinary research outputs with significant real-world application.
