Abstract

Dr James Pearce-Higgins, Director of Science, British Trust for Ornithology Birds are amazing. We see them daily. Many of us feed them in our gardens or watch them as a hobby. At the BTO , we harness that enthusiasm by providing opportunities for volunteers to become citizen scientists through our many recording and monitoring schemes.
