Abstract
Nathan Zaccai of the CIMR will be guiding us through the recent research investigating the impact of gut microbiota on neuroinflammation and AD pathogenesis, which has led to approval of oligomannate as a treatment for mild to moderate AD in China.
Wang, X., Sun, G., Feng, T. et al. Sodium oligomannate therapeutically remodels gut microbiota and suppresses gut bacterial amino acids-shaped neuroinflammation to inhibit Alzheimerโs disease progression.
