University of Cambridge graduate and Chartered Tax Adviser Steve Jeffels will be describing his doctoral research about understanding fairness from a tax perspective. After considering what fairness means, both generally and economically, he will present some thought-provoking tax scenarios related to the current debates about inequality. The Cambridge Tax Discussion Group welcomes anyone with an interest in or curiosity about tax – and, this week, anyone interested in the concept of fairness.
