Abstract
A conversation with Prof Eric Meslin and Prof Dame Sally Davies Expert perspectives on scientific evidence and wider implications play a critical role in shaping robust decision-making and sustainable policyβ not least in healthcare. But policy-makers will hear from many voices; how can scientific expertise stand out and make an impact?
The event will be chaired by Dr Ron Zimmern, who is chairman of the PHG Foundation, a multidisciplinary policy think-tank focused on making science work for health and a linked charity of the University of Cambridge.
