Abstract
This is a 3 session course on Spt 2nd, 9th and 16th

The purpose of spirituality is to grasp a higher consciousness. This course is taught using the principles of Raja Yoga, a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
