Abstract
As hardware improves and we strive harder for graphical realism, programmers are always looking for new techniques. Ray tracing and its variants aim to use a physical basis to improve the accuracy of lighting, resulting in more realistic images. This talk will briefly review the topics covered in lectures, then expand on some of the techniques beyond that material.
Series This talk is part of the Churchill CompSci Talks series.
