Mantle Labs is an agri-fintech company, providing banks and (re)insurers with reliable credit and risk management metrics including bespoke indices. Our platform allows cost-effective credit and insurance to be provided to farmers who were previously excluded due to a lack of historic data. This is all enabled by satellite imagery and machine learning as our system produces credit scores and claims risks indices based on historic and live imagery. This is truly transformational for the beneficiary farmers as, with access to affordable credit and insurance, they can now think beyond a single season of dire subsistence and plan longer term with some level of security.
