Creating Cars of the Future?

Cambridge University Eco Racing will present an overview of the technical challenges involved in solar-powered car racing and describe their plans to compete in the World Solar Challenge 2009, a 3000km race across Australia.

The technologies used in solar-powered cars will be explained and their relevance to the transportation sector, now and in the future, will be explored.

This talk is part of the Stokes Society, Pembroke College series.
