Overview

When it comes to leadership roles, it is crucial to understand that having a leadership position and having excellent leadership skills are two different things. Luckily for us, evidence shows we can acquire these skills through the right training.

This Workshop will cover:

• Overview of the traditional strategic planning process and its limitations.
• Essential skills you need as a leader to future-proof your strategy.
• Awareness-based toolkits for successful strategic planning and execution.

At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

• Find greater alignment as a leader and become more effective at what you do.
• Work intentionally and efficiently with your stakeholders.
• Have heightened clarity about the strategising process and takeaway implementation tools.
