Abstract
Join us for the Cambridge University Synthetic Biology Society’s termly invited speaker for 2021! We’re delighted to have Sahand Hormoz, an assistant professor from Harvard Medical School and rising star in synthetic biology, who will discuss his recent efforts using synthetic biology tools to record the lineage histories of individual cells. His talk will include a lineage-recording mouse model that he and his collaborators have engineered, as well as case studies for how single-cell lineage histories can give new insights into blood cancers.
