Abstract
How can the science of wellbeing help us better understand the role digital technology plays in our everyday lives? We have never spent more time on screens â for work, for leisure, and everything in between â than we do now. In what ways can we more fully understand how our social media use can affect our relation to other people, to the rest of the world, and how we feel about ourselves? This Festival of Wellbeing event will be interactive and there will be ample time for questions.
