Abstract
Reporting on a joint program with Kim Dang Phung I will illustrate the following facts: One hand it is convenient to introduce kinetic equations as a tool to address issues raised in control theory while on the other hand some macroscopic descriptions play a symmetric role for the dynamic at level of kinetic problems.
