Abstract
David MacKay’s new book “Sustainable Energy – without the hot air” is a brilliantly clear description of the possible alternatives to oil. David MacKay has made his book freely available on the internet and his given this talk several times in Cambridge because it is clear that we must all get a more realistic idea of the scale of the problem, and, in his words, ‘cut the twaddle’ .
