Abstract
An Artin group is a kind of group defined by a simplicial graph called its defining graph. The isomorphism problem is that of determining which defining graphs give rise to isomorphic Artin groups. In this talk we will show how to solve the isomorphism problem for a large class of Artin groups. Our method relies on reconstructing the Deligne complex in a purely algebraic way, which also allows to recover a precise description of the automorphism group of the Artin group.
