Abstract
A huge number of engineering projects in the world fail to deliver on their promises because of poor project management. Richard Good, a Unilever Supply Chain Manager and ex-Oxford engineer will give an overview of Engineering Project Management in Unilever – the company behind brands such as Lipton Ice Tea, Dove, Knorr, Comfort, Lynx and Marmite. This will be an interesting introduction to amyone interested in how projects work, whatever the engineering discipline, or whatever the business.
