About GWENNE HENRICKS :
Gwenne A. Henricks is vice president with responsibility for Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (Perkins Engines Company Ltd), based in Peterborough, UK. Henricks joined Caterpillar in 1981 and has held a series of positions in the areas of electronics engineering and product development. Previously, she was undercarriage product manager for Caterpillar’s Track Type Tractors Division and manager of the Electronic & Electrical Systems Business Unit which is part of Caterpillar’s Motion and Power Control Division, and most recently was vice president of Electronics & Connected Worksite Division, which has enterprise responsibility for hardware and software technology development and Caterpillar’s global electronics strategy. Henricks has a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Bradley University. She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and completed the Managing Engineering Design and Development Program at Carnegie Bosch Institute.
