Abstract: In an attempt to probe the extent to which excitations of the QCD vacuum deform spacetime, I add weak-field Euclidean GR to the process used to generate ensembles of lattice QCD gauge fields. This is done in a manner that evades no-go theorems that plague the coupling of classical and quantum theories. To implement the Euclidean path integral for GR, the positive action conjecture (Gibbons, Hawking, and Perry 1978) is implemented on the lattice. Preliminary results, limitations, not-yet studied systematics, and some possible phenomenological applications of the approach will be discussed.
