Incorporating contact network structures into SARS-CoV-2 transmission models for care homes
- 👤 Speaker: Li Pi, University of Oxford

- 📍 Venue: Zoom
Abstract
Care homes all over the world have been heavily hit during the COVID -19 pandemic. Most models informing decision-making so far didn’t take into account distinct individual contact behaviours. In this talk, I will first present contact patterns from a UK care home. I will also present different model outputs after incorporating these contact behaviours through either contact matrices or temporal contact networks.
Series This talk is part of the Worms and Bugs series.
