Abstract

As human beings, we have the unique capacity to evolve and expand our consciousness. Yet, we often find ourselves trapped in patterns of thought and behaviour that keep us stuck in ego-driven cycles. In this talk, we will explore the stages of consciousness evolution, from the limitations of ego to the expansiveness of enlightenment. We will examine how our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape our reality and explore practices that can help us move beyond the confines of the ego and into a more awakened state of being. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, and discover the power of consciousness evolution to bring greater meaning, purpose, and fulfilment to our lives.

Dr Dusha Novakovic has been working as an academic within Mathematics and Computer Science fields for over 25 years, mainly in the UK. She has been practicing meditation for almost 20 years. She is very passionate about life and has a particular interest in the correlation between our mind-sets and the quality of our lives. She strives to understand self and life in great depth and shares her findings with joy.
