Abstract
Estimating and quantifying uncertainty in unknown system parameters from limited data remains a challenging inverse problem in many real-world applications. This talk will provide an overview of sequential Bayesian approaches for parameter estimation in deterministic dynamical systems, including new methods for estimating time-varying parameters. We will demonstrate the capabilities of these approaches on several applications with imaging data.
