Abstract
The North Sea has long been a strategically important area with an extensive history of people and goods flowing through and around. However, our knowledge of the population movements post-viking age and their influence on the genetic makeup of the modern human population is limited. In my talk, I will share new insights gained from delving into the genomics data of nearly one million individuals in the UK and Denmark.
