Abstract
On Friday, 30th October 2009, the Global Student Education Forum (www.gseforum.org) is hosting a talk, given by TONIS LUKAS (Estonian Education Minister). The talk, titled ‘Education and Research – the Potential of a Small State to Reach the Top’ will be held at Lecture Room 1S3, Faculty of Education (next to Homerton College) from 18:00 to 19:30. The Estonian Ambassador to the UK, Dr. Margus Laidre, and other senior officials will also accompany Minister Lukas to his lecture.
