Abstract
Orval Wilbur’s currently is conducting a technology watch in the area of advancing automation to enhance the Command and Control systems on Royal Navy ships.
He’s interested on research in the area of Complex Even Processing (CEP) and similar technologies used in pattern recognition and/or data fusion.
Wilbur is On Exchange from the US Navy MSESI Group – Open Systems Team [dstl] Naval Systems
