Abstract
The AI Club brings together the Biomedical AI and Machine Learning community in Cambridge, to discuss common themes and explore different topics and methodologies.
January Theme: New methods in single cell
Speakers:
Dinithi Sumanaweera (Wellcome Sanger Institute) - “Gene-level alignment of single-cell trajectories”
and
Michael Casey (T-Therapeutics) – “How informative is gene expression? Information theory for single-cell transcriptomics analysis”
Presentations start at 5:30pm, followed by networking and pizza at 6:30pm.
