With speaker Heather Kara, an American with a background in software development, who moved to Cambridge 20 years ago to work in Silicon Fen. It was here that she discovered the Brahma Kumaris and began a lifelong study of Raj Yoga meditation. For more than 15 years, she has been sharing her knowledge through workshops and classes both locally and internationally.
