Andrew Allsop is an Arup Fellow in Wind Engineering, and Past Chairman and Fellow of the UK Wind Engineering Society: β€’ Arup pre-university student 1974 β€’ MA (Cantab) 1974-1977 β€’ MESC University of Western Ontario 1980-1981 β€’ Arup Wind Engineering Activity Leader 1986 β€’ Chair of BSI Wind Actions sub-committee: New Generation of Eurocodes 2028(?) β€’ 2025 trying to retire…

Interests: wind climate around the world, structural and cladding loads, dynamic responses – buildings, long span bridges, telecommunications structures, large sculptures, codification, sustaining and developing new expertise.
