On the size of the Navier-Stokes singular set

Abstract
An estimate on the Fourier space energy density of weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations in three space dimensions gives some restrictions on the possibilities for energy concentration. In particular it gives a lower bound on the size of the singular set, if the latter is nonempty.
