Abstract
Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) is an emerging discipline, with QSP terminology being first formally introduced in the 2011 NIH White Paper by the Quantitative and Systems Pharmacology working group. This talk explores the role of QSP in advancing oncological digital twins and precision medicine, presenting select key QSP applications in oncology. The talk will highlight how QSP approaches can inform decision-making across the drug discovery and development pipeline, driving innovation in personalized cancer treatment.
