- 👤 Speaker: Alice Nicholls, artist
- 📅 Date & Time: Thursday 25 September 2025, 18:00 - 22:00
- 📍 Venue: MODO Gallery, 62 Sidney Street, Cambridge
Abstract
The evening will include drinks, live entertainment, and beautiful art. If you cannot attend on the night, or would prefer a quieter setting, a portion of the exhibition will remain open for two weeks afterwards.
Curated by autistic artist Alice Nicholls (a direct descendant of Hieronymus Bosch), In Your Hands is a powerful and moving showcase of artwork inspired by hand imagery. Each piece tells a personal story, centralising the voices and experiences of neurodivergent people through drawings of their own hands and written reflections.
Alice created this exhibition following her own family’s neurodivergent diagnoses, combining her artistic heritage with a mission to elevate unheard voices. Alongside her own evocative work, the show celebrates difference, diversity, and the power of creative storytelling.
All proceeds from artwork sales will support the Autism Research Centre at Cambridge University, contributing to vital research and awareness.
