For the Michaelmas term the Bioinformatics Seminar Series is bringing you experts on the subject of mutational signatures in cancer. Kevin Gori from the Department of Veterinary Medicine will speak on “Mutational signatures in transmissible cancer analysis”. Sarah Moody from the Wellcome Sanger Institute will speak on “Guidelines for performing mutational signature analysis”. We will then be joined by Anh Phuong Le from the Wellcome Sanger Institute for a discussion panel giving you the opportunity to delve into the amassed expert knowledge on cancer genome analysis. Also, there will be tea, coffee and biscuits.
