Abstract
Dr. Kirby will present about her program of research involving community-based participatory research with autistic partners. Her studies have examined qualitative understanding of influences on suicidality and suicide prevention needs, suicide prevention education for organizations, and epidemiological analyses. She will discuss the importance of understanding external influences on suicide risk and prevention for autistic people.
